About Ross Miner Construction Inc.

After 30+ years building and renovating executive homes, Ross Miner has established a reputation as a Master Builder in Waterloo Region. He has built over 140 high end homes in Waterloo since 1987. After building 37 custom homes in Beechwood, Ross built 40 homes in Laurelwood. Most of his recent homes are built on mature lots in established neighbourhoods after demolishing the old existing home. "This is the future of builing of high end homes in Waterloo." Many of these homes are in the Westmount and Colonial Acres areas.

Ross has built high end homes in small towns surrounding Waterloo through the years including New Dundee, New Hamburg, Conestogo and also in Cambridge.

Ross Miner Construction has always received the top rating from Tarion (#14109).

He strongly believes that in order to have his projects completed

to his own high standards, he must be the only liaison between his customers and his skilled tradesmen. Ross is the site supervisor on his construction sites and would never hire a "site supervisor". Ross is fully accountable as he is in charge of quality control as well as all operations on and off his building sites. From start to finish of each project, Ross personally oversees all aspects of the custom home or renovation and spends most of his time on site.

Clients have appreciated his expertise using "SoftPlan" architectural CAD software, a skill that allows his customers to fully participate in their custom designs. Ross is one of very few builders licensed by the Province of Ontario to create building plans, including all structural requirements (BCIN#25515). This unique ability has set Ross apart from most others in his industry.
